My name is, LaTonya Howard-Fitch, and I am the proprietress and curator of Amour Lights Luxe Candles. I began my candle business in 2022 as a means of therapeutic healing, to keep the connection alive between my mother and I after she transitioned.

My mother and I have always had a love for candles. However, it was not until I began educating myself that I realized its tons of benefits in regulating the imbalances of psychological wellbeing. As I began my healing journey through therapy, coupled with a more organic and holistic lifestyle, I discovered the healing properties of specific natural products and how it aids your mood, stimulates memory, calms your mind and creates an ambiance conducive to produce positive emotions and mental clarity.

Candles symbolize light in the darkness of life. It's illumination of light is a symbol of the illumination of the spirit of truth. Lit during times of difficulties, they signify the light will always shine, and represents Christ as the light. No matter how dark your road gets, the love you give and receive will always be the shining light to allow LOVE to LIGHT your way as you navigate your course.
My purpose and passion was birth from my greatest pain; and you will find my passion is exuded in the flicker of every flame.
